Read published documentation without creating an account or enabling JavaScript.

## What you will learn
- Find a published page with search, navigation or a direct link.
- Choose a theme, programming-language tab and readable code display.
- Export a page and send privacy-conscious feedback.

## Prerequisites
- A browser with HTTPS support for the [public documentation](/docs).
- JavaScript is optional for reading; interactive search and copy controls need it.

## Navigation and versions
The sidebar groups published pages. Open a group with its disclosure control, then follow a page link. Breadcrumbs show your position. Previous and next links follow the published order, not an unfinished guide.
The API version indicator shows v1. SDK package versions are separate. A future API version can have its own navigation without changing existing v1 links.

## Search and keyboard shortcuts
Press Ctrl+K on Windows or Linux, or Command+K on macOS, to open search. Type a phrase, use Arrow Down or Arrow Up to move through section results, then press Enter to open a result. Escape closes the dialog and restores focus.
Search runs in your browser over a local index. Queries are not sent to an external search provider or stored as analytics. After the page and index have loaded online, cached search can work without a connection; a first-ever offline visit has no cache to use.
Without JavaScript, use sidebar links, browser Find and the page's On this page links.

## Code and language preferences
Language tabs keep your last choice across pages when browser local storage is available. All tab contents remain readable without JavaScript. The selected tab supports arrow keys, Home and End.
Copy copies the original code, not line numbers or syntax markup. Wrap toggles long lines. Highlighted lines draw attention without changing the text you copy.
The presentation examples below let you confirm that a language choice survives navigation between this page and the component page. They print a label only; neither calls the licensing API.
:::tabs
:::tab python Python
```python
"""Purpose: documentation component demo. Requires Python 3.9+, no dependencies.
Run: python3 docs-content/samples/presentation/python.py
Expected output: KDPika Licensing documentation
"""
print("KDPika Licensing documentation")
```
:::
:::tab javascript JavaScript
```javascript
// Purpose: documentation component demo. Requires Node.js 18+, no dependencies.
// Run: node docs-content/samples/presentation/javascript.js
// Expected output: KDPika Licensing documentation
console.log("KDPika Licensing documentation");
```

## Theme and print
The initial theme follows your system light or dark preference. Choose System, Light or Dark to override it. A blocked browser storage area does not stop reading. Print removes navigation and interactive controls and uses a high-contrast document layout.
Theme and language choices use local browser storage for these preferences only. The documentation cache stores public pages and the search index; it never caches account pages, feedback submissions or credentials. No documentation analytics or advertising identifier is added.

## Markdown and AI exports
Use Copy page as Markdown or the Markdown download link. Each published page has a matching .md URL. The root [AI index](/llms.txt) lists published pages; the [complete export](/llms-full.txt) contains their Markdown. Draft pages are absent from search, navigation, sitemap and exports.

## Feedback and support
Choose Yes or No below a page and optionally explain what was unclear. Do not include names, email addresses, [license keys](/docs/v1/start/glossary#license-key), payment details or private application information. Feedback stores the page, answer, comment and time for up to 30 days. A keyed network-address digest is used only for short-lived abuse limits, not attached to feedback records. Feedback is not a private support channel.
For account help, use [support email](mailto:hi@kdpika.com). Edit this page and Report an issue open a prepared email; no public repository is implied. [Privacy information](/legal/privacy) explains wider platform processing.

## Expected result
You can read a page while signed out, move to a heading, search a section, copy a code block and download Markdown. A successful feedback submission displays a confirmation without creating an account.

## Common mistakes
- Searching while offline before the index has been cached: reconnect once and open search.
- Treating the health-check link as an uptime history: it shows the existing check, not an SLA.
- Pasting a license key into feedback: remove private data and use the correct support channel.

## Security notes
Documentation never asks for a [developer API key](/docs/v1/start/glossary#developer-api-key). Search input is displayed as text. Feedback requires a same-origin request and a signed, expiring token; rate limits can reject repeated submissions. No client-only anti-spam mechanism guarantees the absence of automated submissions.

## Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Search has no results | No published section matches the phrase | Try a shorter term or browse navigation |
| Copy is unavailable | Clipboard permissions or insecure local context | Select the code and copy with the keyboard |
| Feedback asks you to reload | Cached form token expired | Reload while online and submit again |
| Preferences are not remembered | Browser storage is unavailable or cleared | Choose again; reading still works |

## Next steps
Inspect the [documentation components](/docs/v1/components) and read the [current integration limitations](/docs/v1/integration-notes).
