Hosting

The platform is hosted using Hostinger. TO COMPLETE — insert the exact hosting contracting entity, registered address and telephone from the hosting contract, and verify the selected data-centre location. Hostinger has more than one legal entity and hosting location; a generic brand name alone does not complete the mandatory host identification. For suspected security issues, use a private email and avoid including secrets. Privacy requests can be sent to the same email or through account Settings. We may verify ownership before disclosing account information or changing billing.

Consumer mediation

Consumers should first submit a written complaint to KDPika. They may then use the competent consumer-mediation mechanism subject to applicable conditions. TO COMPLETE — appoint the relevant consumer mediator and insert its actual name, postal address and website here and in the Sales terms. No mediator is currently represented as appointed. This missing information must be resolved before live consumer sales; it is not replaced by a generic link or an obsolete EU dispute platform.

Intellectual property and external links

KDPika's website, design, text and platform components are protected as applicable. SDKs, examples, open-source dependencies and third-party marks remain subject to their respective licences. Stripe's wordmark identifies the payment provider and is used subject to its trademark rules; it does not mean Stripe endorses or certifies KDPika. External provider and authority links are supplied for relevant information and are governed by those operators' own terms.

Documents and accessibility

Sales terms explain paid subscriptions; Terms of use and Acceptable use cover platform operation; Cancellation & refunds explains ending renewal and consumer remedies. Privacy, Cookies, the DPA and Service providers describe data handling. These pages are available without an account and can be printed or saved using the browser. The current pre-launch documents are in English while the platform is being completed. Before selling to consumers in France, confirm and provide the French-language information and mandatory presentation required for the actual offer. The English-only development setting does not waive French-language or consumer-information duties.
