1. Who supplies the service
KDPika is the trading name used by KHALED AL HARAZI, 11 AVENUE ARISTIDE BRIAND, 69190 SAINT-FONS, France. SIREN: 899816219. SIRET: 89981621900013. Contact: hi@kdpika.com. These sales terms apply to paid KDPika License Management Platform subscriptions purchased directly from this website. The Terms of use, Privacy notice and, where applicable, Data processing agreement also apply. Before launch: confirm the registered legal form, business telephone and designated consumer mediator in the Legal notice.
2. What you are buying
KDPika is an online software-licensing service for developers: product and feature management, license issuance and validation, device activation, API access, integration documentation, usage and billing tools. Included features and limits depend on the plan shown when you order. You are purchasing access to KDPika, not ownership of its software, a promise of revenue, or payment processing for your own customers. You remain responsible for your applications, their distribution and your agreements with their users.
Access requires an internet connection, a supported up-to-date browser and a verified email address. API integrations require HTTPS and JSON support; desktop applications must implement the documented activation and validation flow. Offline use is limited to any signed-license policy actually configured for your product; it is not unlimited offline access. Integration examples do not guarantee compatibility with every operating-system version or third-party library. The public integration section and account documentation explain supported examples and requirements. Contact us before purchase if a particular requirement is essential.
3. Plans, prices and currency
Prices and billing intervals appear in euros before you confirm the order. Annual billing means payment for a full year, not twelve independently cancellable monthly payments. Any annual saving compares the annual list price with twelve monthly list-price payments for the same plan; discounts, tax and credits can change the final comparison. The final payment summary identifies the amount payable now and applicable renewal information. Promotion eligibility and duration are shown when applied; a one-off discount does not reduce every future renewal.
KDPika currently uses the confirmed French VAT-exemption regime: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”. No VAT is collected under that regime. If our tax status or the treatment of a transaction changes, the applicable total and legally required tax information must be disclosed before the transaction; taxes will not be added silently to a confirmed order. No automatic personalized pricing based on your profile is used by KDPika.
4. Registration and ordering
Select a plan and billing interval, verify your email, complete your account details and review checkout. You may correct details and change the selection before confirming payment. Paid selections do not become a usable paid subscription simply because registration has completed. The Free plan is a restricted Sandbox evaluation and is not intended to run production sales or bypass paid-plan limits.
Review the total, renewal terms and linked documents before accepting the required consent and selecting the payment-confirmation button. An order creates an obligation to pay only as clearly stated at confirmation. Keep the confirmation and invoice. Before live launch, contract confirmation on a durable medium, including the accepted terms and withdrawal information, must be validated; a changeable web page alone is not a substitute.
5. Secure payment and activation
Payment details are entered into Stripe-controlled payment fields. KDPika does not receive or store your full card number or CVC. Stripe and your payment provider may require authentication or apply fraud checks. Available payment methods depend on the checkout configuration and your eligibility. In Test mode, transactions are simulations and no real money is charged; use test details only.
Returning to a success URL is not proof of payment. Paid access is enabled only after KDPika receives and checks the relevant signed payment-provider event and verifies the subscription, invoice and account association on the server. Delayed payment methods can take longer to confirm. If confirmation is pending, you will see a waiting message; do not pay again just because confirmation is taking time. Contact hi@kdpika.com with the account email and order reference if needed. Never email card numbers or CVCs.
6. Duration, renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription runs for the monthly or annual period purchased and renews automatically for the same interval unless you cancel. Authorizing recurring payments allows Stripe to process renewal payments for KDPika according to the agreed terms. Cancel renewal through Billing & usage and the subscription-management portal. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends and prevents the next renewal; the confirmation identifies the end date. A payment already due is not erased by cancellation. If you cannot access the account or portal, email hi@kdpika.com promptly so we can help after verifying ownership. See Cancellation & refunds for the procedure and statutory rights.
We will communicate material price changes before they apply, with the new amount, application date and a reasonable opportunity to cancel before renewal. No price change will retroactively alter a period already paid for. Where French renewal-reminder rules apply, the required reminder must be sent in the applicable period and form. Before launch: verify that renewal notices and their delivery evidence meet those requirements.
7. Changing plan or interval
Use Billing & usage to review available plan changes. A monthly-to-annual switch, upgrade or downgrade can create a charge, account credit or a change in renewal date. Read the provider's confirmation summary before authorizing it. Do not assume every change is immediate or that every credit will be paid back to your bank. A billing credit normally offsets later invoices; a cash refund requires a separate refund decision. A lower plan may reduce usage limits and features; export required information and reduce usage before the change takes effect. Contact support if the available change cannot safely accommodate your workspace. No consumer remedy is limited by these operational rules.
8. Invoices and failed payments
Invoices and available payment receipts are accessible through Billing & usage and the secure customer portal. Keep your billing name, address and contact details accurate. Request correction of an invoice through support; accounting records are not silently rewritten. Failed or authentication-required payments are displayed with instructions to update the payment method or complete authentication. Unpaid subscriptions may lose paid access or be suspended following appropriate notice and applicable legal requirements. We will not treat an unconfirmed payment as a completed purchase.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers buying at a distance generally have fourteen days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Use the procedure and model notice in Cancellation & refunds. Starting an ongoing subscription does not by itself remove that right. If early performance is expressly requested and the legally required information is supplied, only a lawful proportional charge for service actually supplied may be due. We do not impose a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
Outside statutory withdrawal, duplicate charges, incorrect billing and requests for a commercial refund are reviewed individually. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a paid period. Statutory conformity rights, remedies for non-performance and any more favourable mandatory local law remain unaffected. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, without a refund processing fee charged by KDPika; bank posting times vary.
10. Service conformity and support
Contact hi@kdpika.com, or open an account support request, to report a defect. Include a description, relevant dates and non-sensitive error references. Do not send secrets. We provide corrective updates and security changes needed for the agreed service and applicable conformity obligations. No uninterrupted-service percentage or guaranteed response time is offered unless expressly agreed in writing.
For consumers, French statutory guarantees for digital services apply, including conformity throughout the contracted continuous-supply period. Consumers may request conformity without charge, within a reasonable time and without major inconvenience; where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or contract termination and reimbursement may be available. Relevant remedies and protections under the French Consumer Code cannot be excluded by these terms. Before live B2C sales, the mandatory presentation of the digital-service guarantee must be checked and incorporated in the legally required form.
11. Suspension, responsibility and termination
We may restrict access proportionately where needed to contain fraud, a security incident, unlawful activity or a material breach. We explain the reason and available remedy where legally permitted and safe. Emergency restrictions may precede notice when necessary to protect users or systems. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary loss of lawful data and to provide an export route where appropriate. Termination for our breach does not remove your statutory remedies.
Each party is responsible for breaches attributable to it under applicable law. You must protect credentials, respect usage limits and maintain appropriate copies of your own application data. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer statutory rights, fraud or wilful misconduct. The service is not marketed for safety-critical medical, transport or emergency-control uses.
12. Complaints, disputes and applicable law
First send a written complaint to hi@kdpika.com or the postal address above, describing the issue and requested resolution. Keep a copy. Consumers may use the competent consumer mediator after the prior complaint procedure, subject to applicable eligibility rules. Before launch: KDPika must appoint a mediator and publish the mediator's actual name, address and website; no provider is currently represented as appointed.
French law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Consumers retain their legally available courts; no exclusive foreign court or compulsory private arbitration is imposed. Business disputes are handled by the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. Material changes to an existing contract will be communicated rather than imposed retrospectively.
