Conditions d’utilisation
Ce projet est accessible pour relecture. Les éléments TO COMPLETE nécessitent une confirmation avant lancement. Cette notice ne limite aucun droit légal impératif.
1. Scope and contact
These terms govern use of the KDPika License Management Platform, website, account tools, API, documentation and supplied SDK. The supplier is KHALED AL HARAZI trading as KDPika, SIREN 899816219, SIRET 89981621900013, 11 AVENUE ARISTIDE BRIAND, 69190 SAINT-FONS, France; hi@kdpika.com. Paid orders are also governed by the Sales terms. The Acceptable use policy and Privacy notice explain additional obligations. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over inconsistent wording.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and billing information and use an email inbox you control. Email verification is required before completing registration. You must have legal capacity and authority to act for any business you represent. Accounts are not intended for children. Keep passwords, API secrets and activation credentials confidential; use separate credentials for each integration, revoke compromised keys and contact support immediately about suspected unauthorized access. Never share platform-admin access with your application's customers.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your workspace, but this does not make you automatically responsible for a security failure attributable to KDPika. We may verify ownership before account changes, exports, refunds or deletion to protect users. Verification requests should be proportionate and must not require you to send a full bank-card number or CVC.
3. Plans and permitted use
The selected plan controls products, licenses, API usage, retention and features. The Free plan is a limited Sandbox evaluation, not a free production-sales plan. Do not create multiple accounts to multiply free limits, bypass safeguards or conceal prior abuse. Paid access depends on a confirmed subscription; a checkout return page, browser flag or claimed payment does not grant entitlement. Plan limits displayed in your account and at purchase apply; support can help you understand them before you subscribe.
4. Your applications and customer data
You retain ownership of your applications and content. You authorize KDPika to process the information you submit only as necessary to provide, secure and support the service, subject to the applicable privacy and processing terms. You must have a lawful basis for collecting customer emails and device identifiers, give appropriate notices and honour your users' rights. Avoid special-category data, identity documents and other information unrelated to software licensing. KDPika does not become the seller of your software or assume your obligations towards your buyers.
5. Integration responsibilities
Follow the documented API v1 contract. Store privileged API keys on trusted servers, never inside publicly distributed applications or browser code. Use the public app identifier and documented activation flow for client applications. Validate signed license payloads according to the documentation and protect any locally stored tokens. Configure device policies, feature checks and offline allowances to suit your application. Examples are integration aids, not a promise that client-side checks alone prevent reverse engineering or license bypass.
Do not send payment-card data, passwords or private keys in API requests, support tickets or logs. Rate limits and security checks must not be circumvented. Third-party libraries used in your application remain subject to their own licences and update obligations.
6. Intellectual property
KDPika retains rights in its platform, branding and documentation. Your subscription grants a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose during the applicable term. SDKs and code samples may have separate licences distributed with them; those licences control their reuse. No rights in Stripe's or another provider's trademarks are transferred. You may not misrepresent an integration as certification or endorsement by KDPika or Stripe.
7. Availability, changes and security
We maintain safeguards designed to protect confidentiality and integrity, but no online service is immune to incidents. Planned maintenance, security updates and provider outages can affect availability. No enterprise SLA or independent certification is promised unless expressly agreed. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing subscription and apply consumer conformity and termination protections where required. We may urgently change or disable an unsafe function when needed to protect users, with appropriate subsequent information.
8. Support, restrictions and ending use
Use account Support or email hi@kdpika.com. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately, without exploiting them against other users or publishing personal information. Breaches may result in proportionate restrictions or termination, with notice and a remedy opportunity where appropriate; urgent or legally required intervention may be immediate. Restrictions will not be used to evade statutory refund or data-protection obligations.
Cancel paid renewal before closing your account. Account deletion is separate from cancellation and may require manual handling of retained billing, security and customer data. Request an export before ending use. Retention exceptions and your rights are explained in the Privacy notice and Data processing agreement. The Sales terms govern payment disputes and consumer remedies. Contact us before relying on KDPika for a use requiring guaranteed continuity or a bespoke security commitment.
